1. Kabul
Uygulamayı kullanarak bu koşulları ve Gizlilik Politikası’nı kabul etmiş olursunuz.
2. Hizmet
cugu dijital gardırop, kombin önerisi ve kıyafet yıkama durumu (kirli / yıkamada) takibi sunar. Öneriler bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; profesyonel stilist veya güvenlik tavsiyesi değildir.
3. Hesap ve yaş
- ABD: en az 13; çoğu AB ülkesi: en az 16 yaş
- Doğru bilgi ve şifre güvenliği sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır
4. İçerik
Yüklediğiniz fotoğraflar size aittir; uygulamayı işletmek için bize sınırlı lisans verirsiniz. Yasa dışı veya hak ihlali içerik yasaktır.
5. Yasaklar
Tersine mühendislik, yetkisiz erişim, kötüye kullanım ve hizmeti bozacak otomasyon yasaktır.
6. Planlar ve ödeme
Free, Style ve Vogue planları farklı limitler sunar (ör. Free: 20 kıyafet, günde 1 kombin; Style: 100 kıyafet, günde 10 kombin, 20 favori; Vogue: sınırsız dolap ve kombin, 50 favori). Depolama kotası Free/Style’da uygulanabilir.
Ücretli planlar yalnızca App Store / Play üzerinden etkinse geçerlidir. İade ve iptal mağaza kurallarına tabidir.
6.1. Otomatik yenilenen abonelikler
- Style ve Vogue, otomatik yenilenen aylık veya yıllık aboneliklerdir.
- Ödeme, satın alma onaylandığında Apple ID (veya Google Play) hesabınıza tahsil edilir.
- Abonelik, mevcut dönemin bitiminden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadıkça otomatik yenilenir; yenileme ücreti aynı süre içinde alınır.
- Aboneliği istediğiniz zaman cihazınızın hesap/abonelik ayarlarından yönetebilir veya kapatabilirsiniz; iptal, mevcut dönemin sonunda geçerli olur.
- Güncel fiyatlar satın alma ekranında gösterilir.
7. Garanti ve sorumluluk
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez.
8. Hesap silme
Profil → Ayarlar → Hesabı sil. İhlalde hesap kapatılabilir.
9. Hukuk
Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukuku; İstanbul (Merkez) mahkemeleri yetkilidir (tüketici hakları saklı).

1. Agreement
By using the App you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Service
cugu provides a digital wardrobe, outfit suggestions, and clothing wash status tracking (dirty / in wash). Suggestions are informational only—not professional advice.
3. Account
- Minimum age: 13 (US) or 16 (most EU)
- You are responsible for accurate information and credential security
4. Content
You own your photos; you grant us a limited license to operate the App. Unlawful or infringing content is prohibited.
5. Prohibited conduct
No reverse engineering, unauthorized access, abuse, or harmful automation.
6. Plans and payment
Free, Style, and Vogue plans differ (e.g. Free: 20 items, 1 outfit/day; Style: 100 items, 10/day, 20 saved outfits; Vogue: unlimited wardrobe and outfits, 50 saved). Storage quotas may apply on Free/Style.
Paid features, when enabled, are subject to Apple or Google store terms and refund policies.
6.1. Auto-renewable subscriptions
- Style and Vogue are auto-renewable monthly or yearly subscriptions.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID (or Google Play) account upon confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription automatically renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal fee is charged within that same window.
- You can manage or cancel anytime in your device's account / subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Current prices are shown on the purchase screen.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The App is provided “as is”. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Termination
Delete your account via Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may terminate for breach.
9. Governing law
Laws of the Republic of Türkiye; courts of Istanbul (Central), without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
